i didn't think i'd need to say this, however a recent act of post up-cycling has proved otherwise. so here goes ...

a large amount of hard work and time goes into my blog, particularly my make it posts.

i'm more than happy for not for profit blogs to repost my work using one or two images and a link back to the original post.
